- NG Driver
NgDrive is a protection and variable frequency drive controller designed to manage pressure booster and circulation pumps, adjusting motor speed to suit the system's actual requirements.
This control unit is ideal applications in residential and commercial settings, it optimizes installation management and monitoring; maximizes energy efficiency by reducing consumption and avoiding waste; and reduces mechanical stress on the motor, essentially making the whole pumping system more effective and reliable.
Compatible with DAB pumps as well as other products in the market, NgDrive is also suitable for upgrading obsolete installations, also with submersible pumps.
The display ensures easy use. The systems takes only 5 minutes, and 5 basic steps to be set, through the wizard, quickly choosing the necessary settings.
Used in conjunction with DAB Virtual Cockpit and DConnect, NgDrive takes user experience to the next level, providing pump control from any location.
On a single clear, user-friendly screen, DAB Virtual Cockpit summarises all the key information to be monitored in order for the pumping system controlled with NgDrive to work at its best.
With the new DConnect portal and app, you can communicate with NgDrive even metres away from the installation — or even from the comfort of your living room — to monitor and control the system in the same way as your day-to-day interactions with the smart objects we're all familiar with.
NgDrive features Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Modbus protocol as standard, suitable for BMS (building management system) networks.
NgDrive is available in different models to respond to the different types of power supply and power sizes of the pumps, according to the maximum current delivered. It is equipped with various functions such as anti-blocking, a warning system in case of too many pump restarts, anti-freezing, dry running protection, day-night setting, pressure boost during peak hours .
The gradual filling functionality of the systems (slow filling mode) can be set directly via wizard. It is possible, among other things, to choose to stop the pumps at minimum frequency or via flow sensor.
- NG Panel
This pumps control unit it’s ideal for filling and emptying operations. it is designed to monitor water levels in tanks or wells in real time; control the pumps' automatic starting and stopping; provide thermal overload protection for the motor; and give the option of monitoring the system's operation remotely. With a certified IP55 protection rating, it can even be installed outdoors, and it’s perfect to upgrading obsolete pumping systems, since it can be used with pumps of other brands. The display ensures easy use. The systems takes only 5 minutes, and 5 basic steps to be set, thanks to the wizard. This consents to quickly set: language and measure system setting; choice of operating mode; absorbed current setting; selection of control type and configuration; pump exchange mode. - Active Driver Plus
Active Driver Plus are inverters used for the control of hydraulic pumps. Their obvious fields of application are domestic, industrial, and agricultural constant pressure pumping systems.
The OLED display offers an extremely simple and intuitive graphic interface. Displaying or changing any parameters is extremely simple, which in turn also simplifies maintenance.
Installation is also very easy: the installation wizard asks the user for the parameters required for the configuration.
Active Driver Plus inverters provide a reduction of electric consumption, thanks to the inverter technology, whilst at the same time ensuring maximum comfort thanks to the constant pressure.
They are extremely versatile, as they do not require external sensors and non-return valves. There is in-fact a built-in pressure sensor, a flow switch, and a non-return valve.

- SMART Press (Quick press)
Quick Press is an on/off device designed to control the pump‘s starting and stopping based on demand. It stops the pump when there is no water and protects it from dry running. It can be mounted on surface and submersible pumps alike. The compact device is reliable and designed, above all, for residential applications.
Quick Press can be mounted on the actual pump or between the pump and the first point of use. It will start and stop the pump based on water demand (opening and closing). If there is a power outage, the unit restarts automatically when power is resumed.
